Find Yourself & Breathe is a blog site dedicated to bringing awareness to anxiety and encouraging people to choose their own path to happiness. The main focus when designing the logo was on the aspect of the word breathe. The silhouette breathing in a heart represents breathing in self-love. A main focus throughout the blog is to breathe and be happy while still struggling with different anxieties. When choosing a color for the background of the logo, the author and creator of the blog wanted to focus on a warm color. After playing around with several different pinks, the decision fell on a pink-orange color with a peach-like hue.

 

Find Yourself & Breathe is all about the author’s journey into finding herself while telling stories about her personal struggles with General Anxiety Disorder with tips to help others with their struggles. Check out the site below.
